I was one of several Great Danes seized in the cruelty case in Montgomery County Ohio on September 27, 2013. When I arrived at the rescue I had just had my puppies and at the time, I had a severe case of bordetella that had turned into pneumonia. I weighed 86 pounds and I should have weighed at least 100 pounds. By March of 2014 all my puppies had found homes and then it was my turn. I was adopted in March, 2014.
Update 3/22/20: I thought I had my forever home unfortunately my dad became ill and mom brought Silas and I back to the rescue so we could find new homes. I am shy when I first meet you, but very loving once I get to know you, I also love to play with toys (the more toys the better), I really love really big antlers and horns. I also had to have my left eye removed due to glaucoma but that has not slowed me down one bit!

Update 10/10: Just a quick update!! I have not done so well with my diet, I did not realize how hard it would be to lose a few pounds. But I still love to play and snuggle!
Update 2/22: Just a quick update! I added a new pic from when I was outside playing in the snow!! I had a blast!!!
Update 8/24: Another quick update! As you can tell from my pictures below I am NOW a slim trim beautiful lady!! I not only feel great I look GREAT!! If you do not believe me just ask me!! I love life and am enjoying every minute of it!! Don't forget to check out my new pictures!!
Update 2/15: I have GREAT NEWS!!! I finally convinced Grandma and Grandpa that I am their forever dog, okay it did not take much convincing!!! I have been living with them for a year now and I love life!! I am no longer shy when meeting strangers instead I welcome them into my home!!! Life is wonderful!!

Please can you spare a few dollars to help the Rescue continue to help me and other Danes like me? It would be greatly appreciated. Without the Rescue who knows where we would have ended up!!
