My owner dumped me at the Franklin County Animal Shelter when she claimed there was a court order forcing her to relinquish me. Unfortunately there are no records to support her claim.

Well it took me a bit of time to find my forever home but it was worth the wait! I have a wonderful mom and dad and life is wonderful!
