I was found laying along side a rural road in Brown County on Memorial Day. People driving by thought I was dead or injured but most just kept driving by me anyway. After a while a nice family stopped to see if I was okay and found that I was just tired and hungry. They took me to their home and then started trying to find my owners when that failed they contacted Harlequin Haven because the local animal shelter was closed for the holiday and they said I had to be taken somewhere that evening. I was brought to the rescue and the next morning the rescue contacted the shelter. No one was looking for me although several people had called the shelter about me laying along side of the road.

I was at the rescue for a long time but finally a family came and we all fell in love! I have a story book life from rags to riches! I love my new family!!
