My owner dumped me at the Franklin County Animal Shelter when she decided she could not give me the love I deserved. Heck I just wish she had given me food and the medical care I needed, then the love would have been unspoken!! I had major hair loss due to the flea infestation that I was living with. Thankfully the shelter was kind enough to put flea medication on me so I would not be suffering from all those horrible biting fleas!! I also had heartworm and the rescue treated me for that. I was emaciated weighing only 100 pounds. I felt like I had died and went to heaven. At first I was scared but it only took a couple of minutes to realize I was safe and going to receive the proper care!!

I was at the rescue for a long time after all not many people want an old dog but I was lucky when one day a great family came and adopted me!! I now have a wonderful home and receive the love I so deserve!
