I was purchased a The Dog House pet store in the Tri-County Mall when I was nine weeks old. My new owners had special ordered me so that they would have a pair for breeding. My prospective mate had already been purchased from the same pet store. My owners did not realize that I was APR (American Pet Registry) registered, NOT AKC registered. I came directly from a puppy mill in Missouri to a broker, then to The Dog House pet store. I pray every night that my parents are not still suffering the horrible life in the puppy mill, and I thank God that I was fortunate enough to escape that kind of life. Unfortunately my new owners did not have a fenced yard, so every time they turned us out, we went to visit the neighbors. Needless to say, our neighbors were not very happy with that situation. Finally our owners called HHGDR.

I was adopted to a wonderful family and now have another sister.  I love my new family and we have a fenced yard which keeps me out of trouble.
