Lance I was dumped out on a country road in Licking County late on a Friday evening. Unfortunately the people that saw me dumped could not get the license number of the car, so the next morning they called the animal shelter to come for me. When my time was up the shelter called HHGDR to come for me. I now have my forever family and I am their special boy!!!
