I was dumped at the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley in Marietta, Ohio when I was 1 1/2 yrs old. My owners were getting a divorce and neither wanted me. When I arrived at the shelter they quickly realized I had been extremely abused and was terrified of humans. Lucky for me the shelter contacted Harlequin Haven Great Dane Rescue to come for me. It took 4 years for me to learn to trust people enough for me to be adopted. Again my luck held out because my forever family waited the 4 years for me to be ready to be part of their family!!
