Bark Park 2004
HHGDR had their day at the Bark
Park on 6/19/04. The weather cooperated and it was a
perfect day. We had so many great volunteers that worked very
hard to make this a very successful day. It was so
much fun to meet everyone and to share stories (since we all have a
common love - dogs) All the workers were hustling all day!
I wonder how many hamburgers Craig cooked, or how many times Mame
had to make runs for more ice, or how much change did Andrea hand
out!! Lots of good food and thanks to all who donated - good
cookies, chex mix pudding pops, cole-slaw, potato salad, fruit salad,
BBQ and chicken sandwiches, and Tom's "evil in a pan"
cookies!! WOW!!! The doggies said "THANKS"
for the frozen treats and the homemade doggie cookies!!
The craft table was loaded with great things- THANKS to all who donated and worked the table, it went very smoothly!! The raffles also went great!! We had great gate-watchers and the most popular job pooper scoopers, and the dog washing was very popular as well!! Thanks to Luke for bathing so many dogs and for cleaning their ears. We had so many complements about how nice he was with the dogs!!

Marcia for guiding us through the day!! We certainly appreciated
her kindness and hospitality!!
