When my owners no longer wanted me, they threw me out to fend for myself in rural Clinton County. I was scared and starving as I did not know how to fend for myself. Then one day the Dog Warden corned me and was able to catch me and WOW that was the best thing that could have happened!! I thought that he was going to hurt me after all my own family threw me out why would some stranger be nice to me. But he was wonderful!! He took me to the shelter and fed me and gave me a soft bed to rest on and then when my stray time was up the Clinton County Humane Society contacted Harlequin Haven! That same day a wonderful man (Don from Lost Pet Recovery) picked me up and brought me to the rescue where I was given a soft bed, toys and I am being fed 5 times a day!! I even have some new friends to play with!

Update 9/1: When I arrived here I only weighted 87 pounds and after just 3 days I weigh 94 pounds!! I have added a few new pictures below.

Update 9/8: I have good news!! I NOW weigh 114 pounds!! I gained a whopping 20 pounds in a week!! I love eating so gaining weight is easy!! I will get pictures next week and hopefully gain another 20 pounds!!

 Please can you spare a few dollars to help the Rescue continue to help me and other Danes like me? It would be greatly appreciated. Without the Rescue who knows where we would have ended up!!
